This proposal came to the citizens of Bozeman completely out of the
blue. We should have been notified much earlier that this was evenin the works! The architectual plans are already prepared without
even a word to the community.
This proposed development looks like a 'taking' of our librarywithout even an opportunity for resistance from the community.
From the plans, it looks like it would take away the sculpture gardenand the natural areas that are now such a restful space for the
community, and completely overwhelm our library. And then, tomake it worse, you add a plea for us to donate to the library we love -
-which you are proposing to obliterate!Please do not engage in this monstrosity!
