Dear Library Board,
The latest development proposal in our community falls on hallowed ground. It is a
slam in the face of all locals and newcomers. As I looked at the plans and drawings
I wondered how it is that we've come so far in our misguided and unwanteddevelopment craze that, truly, nothing is off limits. Please, with all the power atyour command, say "No thanks" to the utterly inappropriate request that is proposed
as your next door neighbor. Keep a visit to the Library a happy event; not one that
falls in the literal shadow of greed and ugliness.
