As a concerned Bozeman citizen and unable to attend the Wed meeting, I am officially
writing to express opposition to the proposed MOU and hotel/condo/parking project. Pretty
sure it actually goes without having to say how ridiculous this idea is to anyone who knows,
understands and lives in Bozeman for this project to be even considered in this location.
This area and green space around Pete’s Hill, the Park and Library should remain open for town citizens to enjoy in peace and for the important aesthetic benefit and small town feel it
provides. We are not an urban center where parking decks and multi story hotels should be built in quaint areas of town. Bozeman is developing enough as it is. Joseph Lindley and
the other people who give the area’s place names and who lay in the adjacent cemetery would be appalled and would roll over in their graves. STOP IT PLEASE!!
