In the event an SID isnot utilizedforthe completion of theseimprovements,the developer agreestoparticipatein an alternatefinancingmethod forthe completion of saidimprovements on a fairshare,proportionatebasisas determined by square footage of property,taxable valuationof the property,trafficcontributionfrom thedevelopment or a combination thereof.
