Dear City of Bozeman:
On behalf of our client, SM Advisory Group LLC,we are submitting a Phase 2 Site Plan application for
review for the proposed"Nexus Point Multi Unit Household Residential Development"located on Lot 1 of
Minor Sub 235 at 3747 South 19'Avenue.
Access to the proposed development will be from South 19`'Avenue and Arnold Drive. Site improvements
include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks,trash enclosures, landscaping and storm water facilities are
proposed. Public improvements will be within the appropriate public right of way/utility easements.
