RE: Gran Cielo Subdivision Phase II – Site Plan for Block 14 Phase 1
Dear City of Bozeman:
On behalf of our client, Bozeman HAUS LLC, we are submitting the master site plan application for
review for the proposed Gran Cielo Subdivision PH II Multi Unit Residential Project located on Block 14,
Lots 1-4, Section 23, T02S, R05 on South 27th Avenue and Apex Drive.
Access to the proposed development will be from Graf Street onto South 27th Avenue. Site improvements
include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping and storm water facilities are
proposed. Public improvements will be within the appropriate public right of way/utility easements.
