As an experienced civil and structural engineer, I have worked in the past with both major and minor developers. I have also worked with both local and state agencies/boards through the subdivision/site develpment review process. Having watched Bozeman's growth explode in the last few years, I am aware of the need for planned and thoughtful development. Describe any efforts you have engaged in to expand your understanding of DEI. In my professional business career, I was an equal opportunity employer. When hiring engineers and other staff positions, I chose qualified men and women, irrespective of race, ethnicity or religious beliefs.
