Alternatively, the building could be configured with a corner plaza. Corner design features could include a cropped building corner with an entry feature, decorative use of building materials at the corner, distinctive façade articulation, a sculptural architectural element, or other elements that meet the intent of the standards. A plaza space has been designed leading into the clubhouse building at the corner of South 19th and Stucky Road. Within the space, in regards to landscaping, we have provided outdoor seating, accent boulders, and attractive plantings to signify the entry from this high visibility corner (See Landscape drawings). The clubhouse design is intended to act as two mirrored bookends flanking an amenity pool. The design is such that will be noticeable from the corner and responsive to the closer street it is aligned with (Stucky Rd.) because of the offset. Clubhouse building plans and elevations have been provided (See Building SXL-A100-A201).2. The buildings referenced address this code requirement by having multiple facades that act as 'front facades' facing the street. These building designs satisfy all block frontage requirements, with the exception of transparency requirements in limited locations (see Departure Request section).
