The GRANTOR(S)agrees:
(1)To constructand maintain the multi-usepath attheirown expense in accordance with
relevantCity Ordinances,including,but not limitedto,snow removal and allmajor and
minor repairwork.
(2)To allow the City to make any and allinspectionsof themulti-usepath and land
appurtenanttheretoas the Cityreasonably deems necessary.
The GRANTOR(S)warrant thatthey are lawfullyseizedand possessed of the real
propertydescribedabove,thatthey have a lawfulrightto convey the property,or any partof
it,and thattheywillforeverdefend thetitletothispropertyagainstthe claims of allpersons.
The GRANTOR(S)furtheragreesthattheGRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the
rightsand privilegeshereingrantedwithout any interruptionby the GRANTORS.The terms,
