make them move to state owned land so they can then be held accountable to someone for all the waste they leave
and then they are all contained into one area and they can manage and maintain the area as they see fit since they
all live in that community. if there is drug and alcohol abuse they can deal with it as a community. sexual assaults
should obviously be handled by law enforcement but if the city doesnt want to do anything about if for the tax
paying citizens here put them on your land and pay for them to ruin your property. dont ruin the people that are
already here and established
