Please take the urban camping off the consent agenda. The proposed ordinance does not address how trash and
sewage will be handled.
It does not address how City staff will identify who meets the guidelines for being able to camp or how it will be
enforced. Permits should be issued in a similar way that I.D.’s have to be issues for the homeless to vote or register
their vehicles. Perhaps HRDC might be able to help with that. A lot with facilities would be ideal.
