COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, RATIFYING THE AMENDMENT OF THE TERM OF BONDS FOR
$374,600 POOLED SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BONDS, SERIES
1994 (SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 660 AND 663).
WHEREAS, the City Commission did on the 22nd day of August 1994 adopt
Commission Resolution No. 2999, creating Special Improvement District No. 660. a seven~
year special improvement district for the purposes of making improvements to Valley Unit
Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission did on the 22nd day of August 1994 adopt
Commission Resolution No. 3001, creating Special Improvement District No. 663. a
fourteen-year special improvement district for the purposes of constructing a 2,691-foot
portion of West Oak Street west of North 19th Avneue; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission did on the 10th day of October 1994 adopt
Commission Resolution No. 3018, relating to issuance of the $374.600 Pooled Special
Improvement District Bonds, Series 1994; and
WHEREAS. the bond schedule set forth in Commission Resolution No. 3018 is set
on a nineteen-year schedule, as opposed to the assessment schedules set forth in
Commission Resolution Nos. 2999 and 3001; and
WHEREAS. it is in the public interest to amend the bond schedule set forth in Section
3 of Commission Resolution No. 3018 to correspond with the assessment schedules set
forth in Commission Resolution Nos. 2999 and 3001.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the schedule for serial bonds. if issued, shall be amended so that the Bonds shall
mature on July in each of the following years and amounts:

Section 2
Notice of Bond Sale Amendment
The Bonds shall be opened on Monday, October 24, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., M.S.T.,
at the office of Clerk of the Commission, and shall be sold at a regular meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Bozeman on Monday, October 24, 1994, at 3:00 p.m., M.S.T.,
in the Commission Room of the Municipal Building, 411 East Main Street, Bozeman,
Montana. The Clerk of the Commission is authorized and directed to cause the Notice of
Bond Sale Amendment to be published in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, which contains the
amended debt service schedule. The Notice of Bond Sale Amendment is attached hereto as
Exhibit" A" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 24th day of October 1994.

CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, will sell to the highest
and best bidder for cash, as evidenced by sealed bids, the above-described Bonds, subject to the
terms set forth in the Notice of Bond Sale, dated October 10, 1994, with the following bond
schedule amendments:
Maturities and Redemotion
If issued as serial bonds, the Bonds shall mature, subject to prior redemption and
prepayment, July 1 in the following years and amounts:

Commission of the City of Bozeman on Monday, October 24, 1994, at 3:00 p.m., M.D.T., in the
