Main Mixed-Use Hi Cody, I es;mate the proposed demand at approx. 0.57 AF, but looking into the historic usage for the exis;ng building I’m only finding metered records for the adjacent building (118 and 124 E Main). I’m assuming that 122 is been served by one of these meters. Can you confirm how 122 is served and provide an approximant usage breakdown (square footage, unit count, etc) for 122 and whichever building is providing service? The exis;ng an;ques store and upstairs residence are being replaced with a new mixed-use building. Could you please provide a preliminary CILWR determina;on for the new mixed-use building minus the demand for the exis;ng uses? 122 East Main Mixed-Use Building: New Dwelling Units = 4 New Retail = 2,269 s.f.
