The exis;ng use breakdown is approximately 1,650 S.F. of ground floor retail (an;ques store) and one
upstairs dwelling unit. We’ll try reaching out to the owner to see what u;lity accounts are being billed to
the property, and any other info we can find out about how the building is being served.

Hi Cody,
I es;mate the proposed demand at approx. 0.57 AF, but looking into the historic usage for the exis;ng
building I’m only finding metered records for the adjacent building (118 and 124 E Main). I’m assuming
that 122 is been served by one of these meters. Can you confirm how 122 is served and provide an
approximant usage breakdown (square footage, unit count, etc) for 122 and whichever building is
providing service?

We are working on a site plan for 122 E. Main Street (the former Downtown An;ques building). The
exis;ng an;ques store and upstairs residence are being replaced with a new mixed-use building. Could
you please provide a preliminary CILWR determina;on for the new mixed-use building minus the
demand for the exis;ng uses?
122 East Main Mixed-Use Building:
New Dwelling Units = 4
New Retail = 2,269 s.f.
New Office = 1,432 s.f.
