Hello, I am writing in regards to proposed AirBNB restrictions. I support restricting AirBnBs to only owner-occupied
locations. Absent owner turning homes into vacation rentals is a huge contributing factor to the reduction of
affordable rentals, and encourages out-of-state home purchases as investment properties also reduces inventory
for families living in Bozeman looking to purchase, thereby further raising prices. We need homes for people living
here, both rentals and ownership. Investment properties are harmful to the community. Thank you.
