I do not think that 5% of the housing inventory being used as STRs justifies a full ban on type 3 rental bans. Many
local long term residents have found ways to use existing properties as STRs in order to supplement their income,
and I think this should be allowed. I am not as keen on out of state conglomerates buying up multiple properties for
this purpose, but I do not think the small man should take the hit.
