5% is not a justifiable volume to destroy what some locals find to be their lively hood. I think the issue should be the
capping of these properties by large players. Those being individuals or corporations. This is a large point of
secondary income that allows rental properties with secondary housing units to be affordable to the Bozeman
population. My assumption is that getting rid of these units will not solve a problem but could in fact make it worse.
