We brought up our children here and have grown up in the area ourselves. This area and the quality of life is supported not only by the access to outdoors and wonderful community but, also by the tourists and the value we continue to see created in thisplace as compared to other areas. As I understand it, the STL properties only account for a very small portion of the housing available and to limit how we as owners support our ability to upkeep and afford it does notcreate more affordable housing in anyway but, only further constricts locals like us being able to actively participate in and receive the benefits of the growth that is happening all around us.In an area that restricts STL, the housing would be available only to those who can afford them outright and I suspect many of these would be vacation homes, left empty much of thetime. How would this resort type model benefit the economy better than allowing property ownerssuch as ourselves to offer our home to tourists and visitors that support a diversity of stores, restaurants and artists downtown. Please consider the detrimental impact this ordinance will have on a very small portion of thecurrent housing stock and vote NO. There are better ways to support healthy economic growth than this. Thank you, Indra
