Hi,
I’m a Bozeman resident and would like to express that I hope you vote NO on ordinance 2149,
banning short term rentals. As a former Airbnb host (who had to stop hosting due to the recentchange in laws), the income that Airbnb provided was critical for my family, and is greatly
missed. Note that while we used to rent out our room on Airbnb, the room now sits empty, aswe don’t want a full time roommate- so we were never taking housing away from Bozeman
residents (this is important as I know it is a key argument of people who are against STRs).
