Thanks also for revising the plan tocombine R-1 and R-2 and reducing the units to 4. I had hoped the limit would be 3 per lot (a duplex + an ADU) but could accept 4 units if that is what others agree too. My final two concerns are: The 25 foot wall max seems too tall - not sure what the max should be . . . maybe 20feet? Anyway, please look more carefully at the issue. Parking lots: not clear on what would be required for a 4 unit building, but think therecould easily be 8 cars associated with a 4 unity building, and as I understand it, there will be on-site parking required, but as I also understand it, the parking will NOT be a part of the40% building limit on each lot . . . instead, the building could take up 40% and then the parking lot could take up another 40% leaving only 20% green space. That does NOTsound acceptable. I think the parking needs to be accounted for in the building footprint (underground or garaged) and that there needs to be at least 35% green space foreach lot in the new RA (old R1 & R2) zone. Thanks!Lori Lori Goss Lawson
