Dear Commissioners,
I am a business owner and STR owner in Bozeman. We have one property that helps offset
our mortgage with STR and we have put a huge amount of time, energy and resources intomaking it a successful vacation rental. We have many repeat guests who come for 2 nights or
30. We are glad to offer them this flexibility, as often, they are coming to visit familymembers and the hotels available are much more expensive, less convenient and impersonal. I
grew up in Bozeman, I believe in the right to affordable housing and work diligently in mypersonal and professional life to help this cause, but do not believe revoking STR is the
answer.
