To whom it may concern,
As someone who has worked there way up to finally afford a home that I can rent to help
supplement my income I believe this is absurd. Getting rid of rentals will not help affordable housing
considering it is less than 2% of the market. How many families in this town own a home with an
ADU? They bought the house probably assuming the could rent the adu out short term to help cover
the mortgage. Please consider the fact that this will hurt more than it will help.
