Hello Bozeman Leaders!
I am writing regarding the upcoming vote on Ordinance 2149 which concerns theoutlawing of Short Term Rentals in the city of Bozeman. Please take a moment to
consider all of the Bozeman visitors who need a place to stay that is not a hotel. We
have a big family, and when we visit my brother, we need the space of a home to
get things done. If we are forced to find a rental out of town, how are we supposedto hang out and shop in Bozeman? I'm sure you love having options when youtravel as much as we do. In addition, I understand that many rental owners depend
on the income of their short term rental property for their livelihood. Shutting down
rentals doesn't sound like a good plan for the people of Bozeman.
I kindly request that you think this through, as it has quite an impact, including me -
a huge Bozeman fan!!
