As a homeowner and property manager in Bozeman, voting NO on Ordinance 2149 is the
right thing to do.
If voted YES, there will be no change in more affordable housing for local workers in thetown.
The thing the city should focus on is identifying non-licensed spaces that are advertising on
short-term rental platforms and make them become licensed partners and pay the fees so thatall spaces can be regulated.
I do agree there should be some tighter rules on these STRs and it would make no sense to
completely ban short-term rentals in Bozeman.
