I encourage the council to vote AGAINST ordinance 2149.
I have heard no competent reasoning as to how prohibiting STRs would make available more affordable housing in
Bozeman, and see many competent reasoning as to why such a change would accelerate the destruction on older
buildings, which will lead to even less affordable housing. Additionally, the change would eliminate good paying
service guys that support STR operations (cleaning, snow removal, etc)
