Please preserve the rights of property owners to continue using their property as they
have been by grandfathering the current STR's. We need STR in our community and
removing them will not impact affordable housing, as was in evidence by the city's
own report. Property owner's make life decisions based on the usage of a property
and it is unfair to change the game on them mid stream. I do not own a STR, but the
city's own report detailed the importance of them to our community.
