Some of you on the board have only been in Bozeman for about 7 years and other work for architecture orengineering firms. As always there is a conflict of interest concern and the question being asked who are you reallyworking for. If you all are being real you know combining the zones in the older historic districts will not solve the affordablehousing issues. Developers are just too greedy and you all know that. Nothing on the north side that has been builtisn’t close to affordable. You all know better if you are real with yourselves. When I ran for office in HD 64 water was a big issue. You all need to look at that in real time and for future. Goattend the water district meetings and see how the developers try to weasel their way around the codes. Parking alsois an issue as well as the site vision triangle codes which are a safety issue just ask Andy Eppel who stopped somedevelopments because of safety to the public. If you haven’t driven through the neighborhoods to see the congestion already maybe you should, then you canrealize adding more buildings/cars is now a safety issue. Some of you have said …maybe we had gone too far….and you are right pyou have. I’m against the changing of the code and destroying existing neighborhoods.
