Community Development Board, I've noticed the new regulations only cap the number of stories you can have, not the foot height of a building. If you allow R-C 5 stories with 15 ft allowed per story that's like 70 feet tall! We don't need anything in any residential area that tall. Or anywhere in town for that matter. Put R-A at 40ft max height with 25ft wall plate. Maybe we could have a wall plate restriction in R-B and R-C so that everything in Bozemandoesn't end up being a black box!
