To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email to express my concerns on the cities hasty agenda to change the zoning right out from under
the citizens of Bozeman. These kinds of changes don't just happen because rich people want to build things. Or they
don't just happen because the city wants to increase density at the drop of a hat. These proposals of buildings that
can be 45 feet tall next to a residential house is asinine! A reasonable height would be a two-story eight Plex. Not a
3 1/2 story luxury apartment complex with eight or more units. That is just ridiculous! The city needs to allocate
more time with the citizens to discuss these issues. Please do not change the zoning in this manner.
If you want the taxpayers to be happy, and if you want us to have a relationship, that is good with the city, either
scrap these new codes or zoning changes or allow ample time with the citizens to discuss these changes.
