Months ago we lost all trees & bushes & with them the eagles , hawks, deer & ground squirrels & natural grasses.
We lost our privacy after 20 years in a location we loved & had built our home on with our own hands. We suffered
allergies when a year went by when the grass was not cut for horse feed. Now we have allergies from the dust that
blankets our home , our back yard, coats our decks & lawn furniture. Our windows are soiled with all the dust.
Many machines drive by our windows each day and some make our whole house rattle- pictures & carving fell off
our walls. Feels like a war zone. We cannot open our windows due to dust & noise & we need curtains & blinds for
privacy from all the crews surrounding us. We are victims in our home from uncontrolled development that does not
consider the welfare of established homeowners. It is worse than we thought & all who visit us express horror,
regret & dismay about this & other disruptive projects that have been okayed by our city. It doesn’t feel like our city
any more- it belongs to the developers & we pay the price. We did not conceive of these negative changes in this
town we have loved for 42 years. There must be a better way to manage growth humanely. Regretfully, Kathryn &
