Dear Commissioners,
Without amending the current version of the proposed Ordinance 2149, legal, existing STR’s would not be
grandfathered in, as the Community Development Board has recommended. The likelihood that the Commission
ends up in protracted lawsuits will be guaranteed.
Please respect the vested property rights of existing STR owners, the majority of whom are local, hard working
community members, and amend the Ordinance.
