Please stop this zoning proposal. Slow it down and have meetings to develop community
solutions, not Austin or Washington DC solutions. There are so many units coming in the B3zone. Let's add those up and see what effect they are likely to have. Can you offer incentives
to owners of ADU's to do long term rentals instead of to developers?
As for the replacement commissioner for I-Ho: Please do not select one of the very outspokenpro-change candidates. That includes Mark Egge. The huge crowd at the last meeting and
on preservebozeman know his agenda and will take that sort of appointment as a slap in theface. We deserve to have a commissioner who will be open to all sides of this issue. Thank
