I do not agree with the re-draw of the zoning codes jeopardizing the historical area of Bozeman and the cities character. Unfortunately there arealready far to many infrastructure problems that need to be addressed due to growth and poor planning. Adding additional people and cars to this area is not a solution to the housingproblems this city faces. Furthermore, many Bozemanites still drive large trucks, not small city cars. This plan does not provide adequate parking. Already the large developments on North Willson do not provide adequate parking. Somehave yet to be finished. When the snow hits the ground this main artery road is reduced to one lane as cars are parked on both sides of the road. Plus the city has a hard time staying on top ofsnow removal, so the snow banks reduce the road width more. Ideally, the developers should have been tasked with widening the road as part of the mass redevelopment plan. With the current development issues we are losing quality of life. Including sunlight due to thesize and height of the building being built. Additionally, this is NOT a bike-friendly city. The current traffic issues make my bike commute risky business. I’d like to be able to ride my bikewithout worry in this active outdoorsy town. Please reconsider and think about this further to thoughtfully bring forward codes to allow the city to grow in a way that will be enjoyed for years to come. Rather than lining the pockets ofdevelopers for short term gain. Thank you, Siri
