Dear City of Bozeman,
Please do not pass the Unified Development Code. It would damage the smaller town
atmosphere of Bozeman and destroy the historical and beautiful neighborhoods.
We do need more affordable housing, but changing the zoning codes in this way is not theanswer. Developers would just make luxury apartments, as they have already done, that
working class people cannot afford to live in anyways.
