There has been so much focus on the new RA zone, but there are major problems with whatwill happen in existing R-3 and R-4 neighborhoods. Personally, R-C is terrifying!
We know Bozeman is going to continue to grow, but this plan isn't careful! We have until
2026 to comply with the State's new Land Use Planning act. The rush is not going to serve uswell.
Give us time to come up with suggestions! We who live on the ground, in our neighborhoods
are the ones who can best tell you how to add density without destroying integrity!
Give the board and staff time to listen to us and to make changes to the draft that address ourconcerns. Add some Town Halls or a more informal setting where we can interact. Give and
take, share and respond.
