City Commission and Community Development Board,
Do not assume everyone on the north side is happy about the draft of the UDC! Many are
VERY concerned. Particularly those in R4 areas! They will see an unimaginable change ifthe new R-B is implemented!
24 unit apartment buildings, that can take up 60% of the lot, and 4 stories tall!!! This next to
single family homes that are 1 and 2 stories!?!?
It's Black Olive all over again! No one wants this except developers.
