Seeing the request by Intrinsik to up-zone 1216 W Babcock from proposed R-A to R-C isNOT ACCEPTABLE!
We have established neighborhoods here! And this will drown us! Please keep it shorterbuildings, but increased density which is what R-A will do. We want neighbors notnightmares! Do not allow 13th to be connected to Babcock! This is going to be a disaster forour uncontrolled intersections over here!
Maybe we could have something more like Bridger View https://bridgerview.org rather thanthis image attached. I believe that can be accomplished under the new R-A, maybe even underexisting R-3.
I know they submitted the request through public comment and not an actual zone mapamendment, but this is so vital to our existing neighborhood, I wanted to get out in front of it.
