Hello,
I purchased a family home in the old town neighborhood between MSU campus and Main
Street. I am concerned, to say the least, that my neighborhood may be the future site for 3story high dwellings and other housing that removes the charm from our old neighborhoods.
Not to mention the quiet streets that we enjoy and love. Bozeman is quickly losing its oldneighborhoods that make it special, and once they are gone, you cannot get them back.
Many cities try to go back and replicate what they have lost after it's too late, but it's never thesame.
Everyone needs to consider what the zoning will do to the character of Bozeman, and ensure
that the history and charm are preserved while expansion takes place in the outer areas of thecity.
Appreciate the teams and city working hard to keep Bozeman and it's wonderful identity
unique.
