To the Community Development Board, the Inter-Neighborhood Council, and the City Commission: Please reconsider the density recommendations for zone R4/RB, downsizing the maximum from 24 units to 12 units. I live in R4, at 624 N Tracy, and most, if not all, of our lots are too small to accommodate such a large development. The only exception is the Bridger Heights apartments at Tamarack and N Grand. Alternatively, please consider expanding the proposed RA zone to encompass the single lots in my R4 area. Thanks for all the work you have been doing on this proposal! Susie Mathre
