Letter to Property Owner:
Dear [property owner],
We really appreciate your willingness to be part of the Fred Willson Multiple Property Submission
project. Each Historic Preservation Advisory Board member has chosen a Fred Willson property to
research. Since we are volunteers, this process will take some time but we wanted to start off with
letting you know that I will be your point of contact for this project. I will be reaching out over the
coming months and will also be asking if you have any sort of information on your property to please let
me know.
