Hi all -
Just wanted to weigh in on the STR issue, and say that I DO support the plan to eliminate type 3STR's. We need to disincentivize investors from buying properties and turning them into STR's.
That said, I also think allowing homeowners should be able to have an AirBnB in their primaryresidence. Sounds like you all are leaning towards this solution anyway, but wanted to convey my
support. Thanks for all you do, or at least try to do!

PS I totally understand the need to grandfather in existing type 3 STR's . . . I do not like the ideaof absentee landlords but also know that changing the rules after someone has made an
investment would be unfair.
