Why is City of Bozeman allowing this unethical and partisan campaign activity, and a Navyveteran and former officer like Sheehy should KNOW better, and he's certainly free to use
photos of himself in uniform but there should also be disclaimers from DOD as appropriate.
Perhaps your city should have a DISCLAIMER in that ad I suggest...
