Please vote NO on Ordinance 2149. I do not believe this will help the affordable housing crising in Bozeman, and will
only hurt owners of short term rentals. In their survey, Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. found that about 63% of
STRs are valued above the median value of housing units. Those homes are far from being affordable. If these are no
longer STR's stops them from being rented, they will not be converted to affordable housing.
