I am opposed to the proposed Ordinance 2149 to be voted on at next week's City Commission meeting. I believe
this change to the STR ordinance will further infringe on property owner's rights more than the current ordinance
already does. I do not believe Ordinance 2149 will have any significant positive effects towards a solution for our
community's "affordable" housing problem. I believe this will significantly have a negative impact not only on
current property owners who legally operate STRs but the micro-economy that is supported through this business
type. I vote no on Ordinance 2149 and hope the City Commission will as well.
