To all city officials this concerns,
As a 19 year resident of Bozeman I would like to express my opinion and say NO to theproposed R-A Zoning by the city.
This is NOT acceptable on SO many fronts for so many residents of this town! We do notneed more luxury apartments bought by wealthy folks that sit empty most of the year (or
rented out for Airbnb) within the city limits. Besides that, they are simply eye sores! We allknow that’s how this would turn out IF we let the developers build 3 story buildings with 8
dwellings and NO options for affordable housing required.
Bozeman is a beautiful community with MANY fine attributes like open space and historicalneighborhoods with large trees and parks for playing. Don’t let the neighborhoods become SO
dense as to have issues with parking, overcrowdedness and multi story buildings that block tosun and are urban eye sores!
You have to realize on some level how much unhappiness this will bring to Bozeman and its
residents! We deserve better...
Just SAY NO to the new proposed R-A Zoning!
