COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3030
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR COPIES PROVIDED BY CITY
EMPLOYEES AT THE REQUEST OF AN INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION.
WHEREAS, members of the public and organizations often request copies of
documents and information from the City of Bozeman; and
WHEREAS, the costs in providing these services include, but are not limited to:
paper, copier supplies, maintenance costs, and staff time; and
WHEREAS, the fairest method of paying these costs is to charge those who have
requested the service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, that the fees for copies requested by the public and organization shall
be as follows:
Items which can be found and copied in
ten minutes or less $.25/page
Items which require ten minutes or more
to research and copy $.50/page
These fees shall be effective as of Decerrlber 1, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 21 st day of November 1994.
