Hi Griffin,
I have the irrigation calculations now for this CILWR determination (Block 15 Apartments - #23065).
Cashman’s calculated 16,611 gallons per week for irrigation on this site.
Block 15
82 apartment dwelling units
16,611 gallons per week of irrigation.
Can you please provide the CILWR valuation for this project?

Subject: New Site Plan CILWR Request - #23065
Hi Griffin,
Apologies but I have another new site plan application requiring a CILWR determination. This one is
in Block 15, Blackwood Groves Subdivision, Phase 2 (#23065 Block 15 Apartments). The project
includes 82 total apartment dwelling units and will have to use municipal water for irrigation. I don’t
currently have the landscaping consumption estimate at this stage but I’m hoping we can work that
out during the site plan review process. Can you please provide the initial cash-in-lieu of water rights
calculation for this site plan application?
