BMC 38.220.060.A - TIS Waiver Authority: A Traffic Impact Study (TIS) is not required for Block 15 Apartments given the
proposed unit counts are within the counts for the given phase identified in the Blackwood Groves Subdivision TIS.

Hi Alicia,
Sorry I have another TIS waiver request for you. This one is for 82 apartment dwelling units located in Block 15,
Blackwood Groves, Phase 2 (SP #23065). Attached is the draft architectural site plan for this project. The site plan
checklist requires a waiver from City Engineering for the site plan TIS. The overall TIS for Blackwood Groves included all
82 units proposed within this Block (Phase 2 includes 222 dwelling units). The TIS Addendum approved with the
preliminary plat application is attached here for reference – Table 1 includes the 222 total units proposed in Phase 2.
Currently we are at 157 total dwelling units proposed in Phase 2 which leaves a surplus of 65 dwelling units remaining
from the TIS for Phase 2. Can you please provide a TIS waiver for this site plan application as these units were all
accounted for in the approved overall TIS for Blackwood Groves?
