Read-Only Content Full Name Jessica Snyder Email JessSnyder10@gmail.com Phone (949) 682-6827 Comments As a local, female business owner and mother, I am appalled at the current condition of our city with regard to the allowance of homeless establishments (“urban campers”). 30 day permits and $25 fines (the possibly of) is an absolutely ridiculous minimal-effort solution to the problem of people parking vehicles and campers as well as depositing their trash outside my business and my daughter’s preschool. Not to mention utilizing the resources provided by my business - i.e. restrooms. Simply stated, this is unsafe and unsanitary. I understand the complicated nature of people’s situations, but when drugs and theft and other aggressive crimes are involved and harbored, it becomes a significant concern for the tax paying and income producing community. I urge a zero tolerance policy. ZERO TOLERANCE. ESPECIALLY WITHIN PROXIMITY OF SCHOOLS AND PARKS.
