The changes suggested on the attached pages are relatively minor in nature and would help to bring this former place holder zoning district forward, allowing for unique and interesting projects. Essentially this would allow housing projects to go from the current R2 zoning requirements to current R4 zoning. We believe these edits are more suitable for the reimagined NEHMU neighborhood proposed with the code edits. Thank you for your careful considerations, Robert J.
