I respectfully would need to state my disagreement with the proposed rezoning to Zone R-A. As a homeowner in the
Bonton Historic District for the past 32 years we have invested a considerable amount of time and money into
carefully restoring our historic home and specifically selected this home because we love and enjoy the
neighborhood. We do not want to see duplexes, fourplexes or eightplexes build in our neighborhood as it would
negative impact the complexion and beautify of our existing neighborhood, not to mention how the value of our
property might be decreased as well. To make this radical change in a 120 year old neighborhood is not in the best
interest of Bozeman or the local residents who care so adamantly about our city. Please reconsider the proposed
changes to the UDC and allow our R-1 status to remain.
If you would like to submit additional documents (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .gif, .jpg, .png, .rtf, .txt) along with
your comment, you may alternately address agenda@bozeman.net directly to ensure receipt of all information.
Thank you,
City Of Bozeman
